Analyse existing systems, applications and functions to ensure strategic ICT objectives are met
· Map system processes and document current state
· Undertake qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and assist with determining business priorities
· Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders and delivery team to determine and resolve issues
· Provide accurate advice about technical issues and solutions to assist with specifying business requirements for new or existing solutions
· Write user stories, wireframes etc
· Work closely with the testing team - provide input for UAT etc
Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst and possess a strong familiarity with Agile methodology
· Experienced in gathering and documenting requirements
· Wireframing and process mapping tools such as Balsamiq, Miro, LucidChat etc
· Experience in eCommerce domain
· Experience in application and data migration highly regarded
· Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of technology
· Experience in process analysis for systems
· Adept at engaging with internal technical customers at all levels within an organisation
· Experience with Jira
· Understanding of digital technologies/frameworks including API's, UX, UI
· Good communication skills
